Each of our Perfect Tan ladies are trained and certified through Perfect Tan Sunless Academy to give you the Perfect color every time, no matter the occasion.
Mindy Neal
Owner - Founder
Mindy has been in the sunless tanning industry for over 12 years. She has a passion for improving moods one spray tan at a time. She founded Perfect Tan in 2011, developed the exclusive PT solution line in 2015 and developed the exclusive PT Skincare line in 2017. When Mindy isn't at the salon or working with PT Skincare, she is also running a digital marketing company and helping others grow their brands. In down time she loves to travel and explore new beaches.
Emma Davis
Perfect Tan Fayetteville Owner / Operator
Emmerson "Emma" Davis has had a passion for sunless tanning and the Perfect Tan brand from a young age. She has been trained and certified through Perfect Tan and PT Skincare to give you a beautiful, natural looking tan every time. When Emma isn't busy tanning or going to class at Uark, she loves to bake, spend time with family and friends and read. She is excited to get you glowing on campus!

We are looking for individuals with a passion to grow, great interaction skills and someone who has a passion for what we do!
Our team goes through extensive paid training to learn how to provide the Perfect Tan Standard of service. We offer very competitive pay and commissions as well as flexible hours. (Plus Free Tanning!!)
